Scope
This policy covers cookies, browser local storage, and browser session storage used by GlacialBooks on glacialbooks.com, dev.glacialbooks.com, uat.glacialbooks.com, and the signed-in application. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
Essential Storage
Essential storage is required for sign in, tenant selection, security checks, and in-app workflow continuity. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign in, organization switching, account connections, and protected app routes from working.
Analytics Storage
GlacialBooks uses PostHog analytics only when an analytics key is configured for the deployed environment. The current client configuration captures page views and page leave events. Autocapture, session recording, surveys, external PostHog dependency loading, and web experiments are disabled in the client configuration. Analytics respects browser Do Not Track signals.

Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage from your browser settings. If you delete application storage, GlacialBooks may sign you out and require you to select your organization again. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics capture is disabled for that browser session.
